Attention students! Do you need some extra help with your homework? Come to after school tutoring in the media center starting next Tuesday, January 30th. Starting next week after school tutoring will take place every Tuesday and Thursday until 3:30 pm. No need to sign up. Just come to the media center after school.

New logs and slips can also be picked up in the student office for any additional hours you serve.

Don't forget-- Dimes for Diapers Penny War: Look for collection bins in the main hall in the morning and in the lunchroom during your lunch hours. Pennies and Dollars should go in your grade level bin. Silver coins (nickles, dimes, quarters) go in someone else's bin. Which grade level will win?
This Friday is an Ipod Day! Bring $1 along with your electronic device and headphones. With your Ipod ticket, teachers may let you listen to music during class. The money collected from this event will be used to help support our PBIS programs,

8th grade students: Starting this next Tuesday, April 17, all 8th Gr. students will begin taking the M-Step Test which will take place on four-mornings over the next two weeks.
To help us prepare, please arrange for the following:
1.) Earbuds will be needed for a portion of the test on April 24th. You are encouraged to bring your own headphones or earbuds to use on this testing day.
2.) An independent reading book is needed for all testing sessions so reading can take place after finishing testing to help keep a quiet testing environment. Please make sure you have your own book each test day.
3.) You cannot have phones or wireless devices, which includes smart watches and bluetooth headphones, with your in the testing classroom. A decision will be need to be made to either leave these devices at home or place them in your assigned locker during testing.
Also note that Gr. 8 students will shift to C Lunch (11:50-12:20 PM) for the next (2) Tuesdays to accommodate M-Step Testing. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
