*SCMS is required to have a current and confirmed Volunteer Profile Form on file with Central Office before a parent can volunteer in the building or on field trips. Forms must be submitted no later than a week in advance of the event, to the Main Office during the office hours of 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
