Resources for Holiday Help

SCMS Giving Tree Program

The SCMS Giving Tree program has been a holiday tradition for many years. As a school and community, we come together to help our fellow SCMS families who are in need. Last year we supported about 100 children, thanks to the generosity of our staff and students! This is a wonderful way to support our school and the Swartz Creek community, while promoting kindness and the “other people matter” mindset.

If you need help over the holidays with gifts or food, please, complete this form:

Holiday Help Request 2021  by Friday, December 3rd.

Students and classrooms will be taking tags from the Giving Tree to help SCMS families in need. Families are welcome to take Giving Tree tag(s) and bring gifts directly to the SCMS Student Office. Cash or gift card donations are also very much appreciated and can be brought directly to the SCMS Student Office.

All donations are needed by Wednesday, December 15
