IN CLASS:
- We went through the directions for completing the organization sheet for our final writing project. This organization sheet is attached. You are writing a 5 paragraph essay (in Spanish) about yourself and 4 family members. This sheet is due on Thursday. It needs to be completed in complete sentences.
- We took the Unit 3 exam.
HOMEWORK:
- Finish the organization sheet. This is due and will be checked by Sra. Bell on Thursday during class.

IN CLASS:
- We finished reviewing the study guide. All of the answers to the study guide are attached.
- We finished reviewing Unit 3.
HOMEWORK:
- Study for the Unit 3 exam that is tomorrow.
Friday, 5/18/18
IN CLASS:
3rd hour: We worked on our study guide for the Unit 3 exam (Tuesday). We, also, worked on finishing the Unit 3 packet.
4th- 6th: Continued to work on the study guide and Unit 3 packet. Both will be reviewed on Monday. Your Unit 3 exam will be on Tuesday.
HOMEWORK:
- Complete the study guide/ essay.
- Complete the Unit 3 packet.
- Study for the Unit 3 exam. (Tuesday)

IN CLASS:
- We worked on the study guide that is attached. This is the study guide for the Unit 3 Exam. I will post the answer key tomorrow.
- We worked on the last 2 pages of the Unit 3 packet. Unit 3 packets will be due on Monday.
HOMEWORK:
- Complete the Unit 3 exam study guide.
- Complete Unit 3 packet.
Unit 3 exam will be on Monday, 5/21/18 for 4th- 6th hour. 3rd hour's exam will be on Tuesday, 5/22/18.

- We checked our Unit 3 packet pp. 249-251
- We did the attached worksheet. I have included the audio sentences that I read to the class for part 1.
HOMEWORK:
- Begin studying for the Unit 3 exam. Study all vocabulary and the following grammar points:
- Family Relationships
- Adjectives of Nationality
- Using Ser with descriptive adjectives
- Adjective Agreement- gender and number
- Possessive Adjectives
- ER and IR verb conjugation and vocab
- Tener and Venir conjugation
- Tener expressions

IN CLASS:
- We reviewed the conjugations of Tener.
- We practiced forming sentences using Tener.
HOMEWORK:
- We completed the chart that is attached to this post. On the chart you need to write sentences saying "Yo tengo tres libros", "tu tienes tres libros". You will have to write small as the boxes are not very big. Look up any vocab words that you don't know.
Monday, 5/7/18
IN CLASS:
- We took the verb conjugation/ vocabulary quiz.
- We worked on our interactive journal entries for Verbs.
HOMEWORK:

IN CLASS:
- We reviewed our ER and IR verb endings.
- Completed 2 packets to practice our ER and IR verbs. Packets were turned in at the end of the hour. I will post packets in a separate blog entry.

- Gave a study guide for the verb conjugation quiz that is on Monday.
Tuesday, 5/1/18
IN CLASS:
- We reviewed the answers for p. 248 in Unit 3 Packet.
- We had a practice assessment for verb endings and verb conjugation.
- We finished the verb packet that is attached to this blog post. This packet is due tomorrow and will be used as a practice assessment in the grade book.
HOMEWORK:
- Finish the verb packet.
- Study your verb vocabulary and verb endings.
Ser & Adjective Assessment retakes will be during class on Friday, 5/4. Tutoring will be available on Thursday after school in the Media Center.
Monday, 4/30/18

- We checked conjugation practice 1-2 in class. (This was homework from this weekend)
- We worked on conjugation practice 3-5 in class.
