Swartz Creek Middle School - Washington DC Trip Club 2019

Our Swartz Creek Middle School Washington DC Trip Club, in partnership with Student Adventures, will be wrapping up the trip registration drive soon as most spots on the trip have been claimed.
Students and parents that were unable to attend either of the registration meetings may stop off at the Main Office or call (810-591-1705) to request a trip packet. Packets also contain Chaperone Applications and background check form (all forms are ready for  download from the menu located on the righthand side of this webpage).
Completed Parent-Student Agreement Forms are required from all students before being permitted to finalize registration through Student Adventures Easy Track System.
Please note that the following (3) step process listed below is required of all students which is not complete until the initial deposit of ($80.00) has been paid to Student Adventures.
Parents that are hoping to be selected as chaperones for the trip will be notified in late October/early November.  Parent chaperone applicants that are NOT selected for the trip will have the option of immediately withdrawing their child from the trip along with a full refund of deposited monies.
Note: Our Washington DC Trip occurs in the month of February which always includes the challenge of wintry weather. In the event of poor weather conditions on our launch day, the trip could be delayed until the weather breaks. If similar circumstances present themselves while in Washington DC, Student Adventures will make the needed adjustments to preserve the trip agenda (an additional trip day could be added under extreme circumstances).
Parents and students are encouraged to download the SA Trip App available for iPhone and Android devices - FREE!
